Schedule of charges are specified for normal hours of operation. Penalty rates apply for public holidays, weekends & evenings. Hire charges are for a minimum 4-hour booking. After 4 hours and up to a maximum of 8 hours, the full day rate applies

Evening Rates:

Bookings after 6pm are charged as full day rate. Security staff required for evening functions at an additional cost.

Weekend Rates:

Half day booking is charged as full day rate Weekend bookings incur a 15% surcharge. Security staff required at all weekend functions at an additional cost.

Public Holidays

Half day booking is charged as full day rate. Public holidays incur a 30% surcharge. Security staff required at an additional cost.
