Please Note A skin test must be done at least 24-48 hours prior to the application of all permanent & non-permanent colours.
Our students are at varying stages of their training and are fully supervised by qualified educators with current industry experience. All services will require sufficient time allocated to ensure client satisfaction. It is advised that some hairdressing services will require additional time so please do not make appointments with timeline expectations.
All educators reserve the right to suspend or cancel any hair service request that is considered in their opinion unachievable or as a result may compromise the condition of the model's hair.
