Painting students from NMIT’s Diploma of Visual Arts celebrated the completion of their qualification at the recent graduate exhibition called Hatch.
The exhibition featured paintings, prints and photographs created by the students during their studies and was a testimonial to both the quality of the course and to their hard work and talent.
The public exhibition of a student’s artwork is a testing experience for the novice, but a necessary one, and it was held at a very public venue from 9 November to 27 November 2011 at Fitzroy’s 69 Smith Street Gallery, an institution in Melbourne’s art scene.
