The Advanced Diploma in Music Performance (Jazz and Contemporary) is a two year course that focuses on contemporary/popular music and jazz. The course has four main areas of study: musicianship, performance skills, music business and music technology. Throughout the program students provided intense individual tuition on their principal instrument as well as a regular forum for performance both on and off campus.
All students in this course are required to undertake work in the music industry as part of their training. Music staff are all experienced musicians and educators who are involved in the music industry as performers, songwriters, arrangers and music producers.
