The Certificate II in Bicycles is designed to allow students to work as a bicycle mechanic within a retail environment or equivalent.
Students will learn:
- servicing and minor repairs of bikes
- servicing of wheel hubs
- mechanical and hydraulic braking systems
- steering
- suspension
- drive train systems
- removing, fitting and minor repairs to tyres, wheels
- fitting of accessories
