Applicants who have successfully completed the Certificate II in Business will be deemed to have acquired the underpinning skill necessary to undertake the Diploma in Business Administration.

The Business Services Training Package does not have mandatory requirements for entry to qualifications. The expectation is that successful applicants will have an educational level that will enable the achievement of the objectives.

Assessment Methods

Assessment for this course is competency based. Competencies can be assessed in a variety of ways including tests, practical exercises, case studies, demonstrations, observation, role plays or assignments.
