If you are currently working in employment services for client organisations and employment candidates, in private, government-contracted employment agencies or specialist employment service areas, and require a qualification, then this course will develop your core knowledge, understanding and skills. It is also suitable for those wishing to establish a career in the area of employment services.
This course forms the first part of the Certificate IV in Employment Services.

After completing the Certificate in Employment Consulting Services participants may exit with an NMIT accredited certificate or undertake the CHC40502 Certificate IV in Employment Services or BSB41107 Certificate IV in Human Resources, Employment Services stream.
