The unit, BSBHRM402A Recruit, Select and Induct Staff is an enterprise partnership with the Recruiting and Consulting Services Association of Australia and New Zealand (RCSA). This program develops knowledge, understanding and skill in all areas of recruitment and selection. Designed for those currently working in the recruitment, employment services or human resources industries who require a qualification OR for those who desire a career in recruitment, employment services or human resources.

The course earns 20 points towards the RCSA's Accredited Professional Recruiter status.

After completing the Certificate in Recruitment and Selection Employment Consulting Services participants may exit with an NMIT accredited certificate or undertake the CHC40502 Certificate IV in Employment Services, BSB41007 Certificate IV in Human Resources or BSB40207 Certificate IV in Business.

Career Opportunities

Graduates of this course may gain employment as recruitment consultants in the private recruitment industry, government or specialist employment agencies or in human resources.
