This qualification replaces Certificate IV in Business (Employment Services) (BSB41904) and is designed for those who provide a range of services to clients and employers aimed at locating, securing and maintaining suitable employment for clients in private, government-contracted employment agencies and specialist employment service areas.

It is suitable for those currently working in employment services areas who require a qualification OR for those desiring a career in this field.
