This course advances your knowledge and skills around interactive digital media, for skills such as web design, multimedia development and authoring.
Students will apply solutions to a defined range of unpredictable problems that can occur in these areas, and analyse and evaluate information from a variety of sources.

390 hours. 1 year where students will attain the Certificate III in Media in the first six months of this course before continuing on to the Certificate IV in Interactive Digital Media.

Students who complete this course are eligible to apply for the Diploma of Interactive Digital Media, which is a follow-on qualification to the Certificate IV.

Entrance Requirements
Local Students:
Year 12 or completion of the Certificate III in Media before undertaking the Certificate IV in Interactive Digital Media. Mature Age students are encouraged to apply.
International Students:
Students are required to complete the Certificate III in Media before undertaking the Certificate IV in Interactive Digital Media. Successful completion of studies equivalent to Australian Year 12 education or relevant employment experience. English language proficiency ewuivalent to Academic IELTS overall band score of 5.5. Units are assessed in a variety of ways including tests, practical exercises, case studies, demonstrations, observation or assignments.
