Under the Conveyancers Act 2006 non-lawyers wishing to operate their own conveyancing business are required to be licensed by the Business licensing Authority (BLA).

To be eligible for a licence, 12 months work experience and completion of a prescribed educational qualifications is required.

This course meets the prescribed requirements.

Conveyancers conduct transactions including

  • land/property contract preparation
  • vendor statements
  • land and title searches
  • settlements
