Course Details
Commencing 15 July 2013, participants are required to attend, 10 compulsory workshops:
- nine evening workshops (Monday evening 5pm-8pm), and
- one full day workshop (Saturday 10am-4pm) at the Preston campus, Building A, NMIT, 77-91 St Georges Road, Preston, 3072.

Those completing the Diploma of Vocational Education and Training could consider higher qualifications in training and assessment, in their area of vocational competence or in the higher education sector.
Career Opportunities
On completion of the Diploma of Vocational Education and Training teachers and trainers can deliver VET courses in TAFE instructions, designing training solutions and meet workplace requirements as assessors.
Entrance Requirements
There are no pre-requisite requirements for individual units of competency.

A range of assessment methods will be used to assess practical skills and knowledge. All assessment activities will relate to a real or a simulated workplace.
