NMIT's Performing Arts department offers expert training by leading industry professionals in the areas of music, performance, music business management, television and video production, and sound production. The department is located at the Fairfield Campus with Music Programs also being offered at the Greensborough campus and Television Production being offered at the Collingwood Campus.
The Performing Arts department has industry-standard recording studios at both the Fairfield and Greensborough campuses. The high definition television facilities of the Television Unit at the Collingwood campus provide video and editing facilities to a broad range of industry clients.
