Bachelor of Music Industry Showcase |
| This showcase featured the many great songs written during the Bachelor of Music Industry, displaying the students’ vast talents. |

Big Band Night |
| A variety of material was showcased by the NMIT Big Band – plus we had a special guest appearance! |

Certificate III in Music Showcase |
| This proved to be a wonderful afternoon of original music, written and performed by Certificate III in Music students from the Fairfield and Greensborough campuses. |
Tuesday 18 September 1pm |
Certificate IV in Music Showcase |
| An array of ensembles performed original music composed and arranged by students in the part-time stream of the Certificate IV in Music. |

VET in Schools Showcase |
| NMIT, in partnership with students and staff from Sydney Road Community School, Essendon Keilor College and Whittlesea Secondary College, presented a fantastic afternoon of original music. |

Bachelor of Music Showcase |
| The program showcased the many styles covered in the degree including Middle Eastern, Afro-Cuban and electronic music, displaying the vast talent of these exciting musicians. |

2012 Songwriting Competition Final |
| The finalists of the NMIT Performing Arts 2012 Songwriting Competition performed a selection of original songs. The finalists had been chosen from across all programs of the Performing Arts Department. The audience participated in choosing the winner of The People’s Choice Award at the end of the matinee show and judges from the music industry announced the winner at the end of the evening performance. |
