Customised Programs
BEC offers customised training linked to nationally accredited training packages. Professional Development
We offer a range of programs with an 'action learning approach' to develop and strengthen the training expertise of your own staff including:- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
- skills sets i.e. assessor, enterprise based trainer skills sets enterprise trainer and assessor and sustainable practice
- Diploma of Vocational Education and Training.
We also offer several programs specifically for the VET sector.
Skills Recognition
Are your staff looking for formal qualifications to support their industry training / knowledge?BEC provides the opportunity to recognise your staff existing skills and knowledge by conducting Skills Recognition. If your staff already have the skills and knowledge in an area but no formal qualification, BEC can assist them to gain a partial or full qualification through skills recognition.
BEC has a number of industry trained assessors who can visit your premises and assess you and your staff on the choice of training program available. Qualifications can be gained in individual modules or in a full certificate.
Assessment takes place through an on-site visit where through observation, questioning and formal testing, the required level of competency can be achieved.
All qualifications are nationally accredited by NMIT.
