Engineering Award recipients
Some of the recipients of training awards presented at the Faculty of Engineering Awards Night, held at the Heidelberg Campus Conference Centre on 13 May 2009.
There were 41 training awards presented on the night to outstanding students from within Jewellery, Locksmithing, Electrical, Fabrication, Fitting Machining, Power Industry and Sustainable Energy programs conducted by the Faculty.
The evening was attended by 170 people including students, family employers, industry and NMIT staff.

Deborah Porter, pictured with Engineering Faculty staff, was named the outstanding student of the year for the Faculty of Engineering at the Engineering Faculty Awards held at the Heidelberg Campus Conference Centre on 13 May 2009. .
