This course has been designed to give you the opportunity to learn the skill of basic bricklaying and take on
some projects around the home.
Topics include: Identification and use of tools and equipment; mortar batching; mixing techniques; banding and joint finishing.
Project: Construct a simple brick/concrete block wall and other small projects.
Materials: You need to wear work clothing, protective equipment (work boots, protective safety glasses, ear plugs and dust mask) and bring a pen and notebook.
