A hands-on hobby course that gives you the opportunity to learn some of the basic practical skills of carpentry.
Topics include: OH&S, construction of joints; safe and correct use of basic hand tools; and hand power tools.
Project: Saw horse
Materials: You need to wear work clothing, protective equipment (work boots, protective safety glasses, ear plugs and dust mask) and bring a pen and notebook.
