This program provides the skills and knowledge required for employment to work as a personal trainer either in a fitness centre or in your own business.

Topics include: Plan and deliver personal training, nutrition, fitness equipment, exercise planning and instruction, Occupational Health & Safety, laws and legal principals, circuit and endurance training, postural appraisal, provide exercise for clients with special requirements, plan and prepare programs for competitive athletes and plan and deliver exercise for children and young adolescents.

Note: Fees are $3000 for participants who enrol in Certificate III & IV in Fitness together.
