Food Hygiene for Food Handlers incorporating Follow Workplace Hygiene Procedures (SITXOHS002A)
Statement of Attendants will be issued on completion of on-campus training.
To obtain certificate in SITXOHS002A Follow workplace hygiene procedures participants will be required to complete an off campus assignment.

Food Safety Supervisors incorporating Implement Food Safety Procedures (SITXFSA001A)
Prerequisites - SITXOHS002A Follow workplace hygiene procedures.
A copy of this certificate must be provided with enrolment form.

Assessments will include workplace third party report and assignment.
