This module will take you through the role of 'Food Safety Supervisor' in your workplace and assist you in implementing the food safety plan required by your local council. Incorporating the nationally accredited Implement Food Safety Procedures SITXFSA001A

This module is completed after Follow Workplace Hygiene Procedures to obtain a Food Safety Supervisor qualification.

Prerequisite: Follow Workplace Hygiene Procedures (SITXOHS002A)
A copy of this certificate must be provided with enrolment form.

Assessments will include workplace third party report and assignment.
