Certificate II in the Seafood Industry (Seafood Processing)

This qualification functions as the base entry point into the seafood processing sector of the seafood industry and is aimed at providing participants with a variety of core skills and underpinning knowledge required to work as a processing employee.

Certificate III in the Seafood Industry (Aquaculture)

This qualification is aimed at providing participants with a broad range of skills and underpinning knowledge that can be adapted and transferred to new activities, and is targeted at the level of a skilled worker or leading farm hand.

Certificate III in the Seafood Industry (Seafood Processing)

This qualification represents the competencies relevant to those working in the seafood processing sector, and is aimed at enabling participants to work as a supervisor, shift manager or process manager.

Certificate IV in the Seafood Industry (Aquaculture)

This qualification is aimed at providing participants with a broad range of skills and underpinning knowledge that can be adapted and transferred to new activities, and is targeted at the level of a technical manager, specialist or supervisor.

Diploma in the Seafood Industry (Aquaculture)

This qualification consists of the competencies required for those working as an operations manager of an aquaculture farm or site. A person operating at this level of qualification will have a broad range of skills and responsibilities relating to management, coordination and/or planning.
