Certificate III in Beauty Services
Certificate III in Beauty Services has been designed to develop the skills and knowledge of those who wish to be employed as a Beauty Therapist in a salon with limited supervision, ensuring a safe working environment, providing treatments which include lash and brow treatment, manicure and pedicure, make-up to gel nails.
Certificate IV in Beauty Therapy
Certificate IV has been designed to develop the first line management skills. It applies to those who are co-ordinating or managing the services within a small beauty salon, a section or department within a larger store. It incorporates self directed application of knowledge and skills. At this level the Beauty Therapist would provide services, including Body treatments to Advanced facial treatments.
Diploma of Beauty Therapy
The Diploma has been designed for those wishing to operate as a beauty therapist employing staff and managing a salon. NMIT offers the skills required to find employment in the beauty industry. You can learn skills in NMIT's beauty salon, from basic customer service to providing specialised beauty services.
