Designed as an entry level program for those currently working in the recruitment, employment services or human resources sector or for those who desire a career in these professions, this program develops knowledge, understanding and skill in all areas of recruitment and selection. After completing the Certificate in Recruitment and Selection, participants may apply for Skills Recognition for the unit BSBHRM402A Recruit, Select and Induct Staff and exit with an NMIT accredited certificate.

The Business Enterprise Centre (BEC), Faculty of Business at NMIT, Preston campus is offering Certificate in Talent Management in 2011 in partnership with the Recruiting and Consulting Services Association of Australia and New Zealand (RCSA).
