By being available online, the Diploma of Business provides students with the flexibility to study at their own pace and work around family and employment commitments.
This Certificate IV in Human Resources is offered through the Business Enterprise Centre through flexible online delivery in conjunction with an online e-learning environment, and supported by a mentor. The Certificate IV will help you gain practical knowledge applicable to a range of human resources functions such as recruitment and selection, effective team management and performance management.

Designed as an entry level program for those currently working in the recruitment, employment services or human resources sector or for those who desire a career in these professions, this program develops knowledge, understanding and skill in all areas of recruitment and selection. After completing the Certificate in Recruitment and Selection, participants may apply for Skills Recognition for the unit BSBHRM402A Recruit, Select and Induct Staff and exit with an NMIT accredited certificate.
