Business Conveyancing Law and Practice in Victoria

This bridging course is based on Victorian property and conveyancing law and practice. It will cover the learning outcomes, skills and knowledge required to undertake a business conveyancing transaction on behalf of a client. This course is for licensed conveyancers who wish to apply for the Business Licensing Authority (BLA) to remove the ‘no business conveyancing condition’ from their licence.
