Agents' Representative - Real Estate
Gain entry into Real Estate - this Agents’ Representative course meets the educational requirements to work within a real estate business as an Agent’s Representative. As an Agents’ Representative you will be able to work under the supervision of a licensed estate agent in roles such as a sales representative or a property manager.

This bridging course is based on Victorian property and conveyancing law and practice. It will cover the learning outcomes, skills and knowledge required to undertake a business conveyancing transaction on behalf of a client. This course is for licensed conveyancers who wish to apply for the Business Licensing Authority (BLA) to remove the ‘no business conveyancing condition’ from their licence.
