An individually tailored program for every student - The Course in Preliminary Spoken and Written English is designed for students who have just started learning English or have had limited exposure to English. Each student receives an individually tailored program and learning plans to develop English language and literacy and numeracy skills to help students undertake further education and training, search for and maintain employment or participate in the community. NMIT is an approved LLNP provider. This course is an Austudy/Abstudy and Centrelink/Department of Human Services approved course for job seekers. Students can start the course at any time and has flexible entry and exit points.
Certificate I in Spoken and Written English
